Intelligence Subject Matter Expert
- Possess an understanding of aerial and terrestrial, manned and unmanned Intelligence, reconnaissance and surveillance, operations, processing, analysis, reporting, display, and dissemination.
- SME for Multi-Domain Operations concept and Army’s future force requirements and capabilities.
- SME on intelligence systems (DCGS-A, TGS, IBS, CD1, etc).
- Possess working knowledge of military simulators to include OneSAF, IEWTPT, LOTS, etc.
- Possess knowledge of how to stimulate systems using M&S tools.
- Develop scenarios, vignettes, technical event threads leading to learning demands/objectives.
- Assist with development, analysis, and management of experiment execution and assist in the identification of risks and relevant mitigation solutions during experiments.
- Manage technical systems, M&S systems, risks to event execution, and operation during event execution.
- Support execution of simulation/stimulation activities and system excursions; assist M&S Chief with the preparation and conduct of technical briefs and experiment execution, training of event participants, and after-action reviews.
- Support M&S responsibilities for modernization activities based upon calendar of scheduled events occurring on-site.
- Provide recommendations and decision support for experimentation, evaluation, and demonstration and recommend performance metrics and technical measures suitable to assess mission effectiveness of new capabilities technologies.
- Assist with the implementation of operationally relevant experimentation vignettes that include events, triggers, exercising functional capabilities, and advanced technologies.
- Generate presentation items to include white papers, analysis summaries, experimentation plans, and event reports.
